Terms & Conditions
  1. The CNY online lucky draw campaign period starts from 14 Nov 2022 till 5 Feb 2023.
  2. Each participant with a minimum $50 spent in a single receipt on any New Moon products will be entitled to one (1) online lucky draw chance.
  3. All winners must present their original receipt or order invoice for verification purposes upon prize collection.
  4. This lucky draw is valid at leading supermarkets (FairPrice, FairPrice Finest, FairPrice Xtra, Cold Storage, Cold Storage Fresh, Giant and Sheng Siong), pharmacies (Guardian, Watsons and Unity), convenience stores (7-Eleven, Cheers), petrol marts, minimarts, New Moon Official Online Store (FairPrice Online, Shopee, Shopee Supermarket, Lazada, RedMart, Qoo10, Amazon, iShopChangi, Kris Shop, Robinson, Grab Mart, Panda Mart, DocAnywhere and Official Website).
  5. There will be three (3) online lucky draws to be conducted on 12 Dec 2022 (Monday), 9 Jan 2023 (Monday) and 6 Feb 2023 (Monday).
  6. The entry submission cut-off date and timing are shown as below:
    First Draw date 12 Dec 2022: 11 Dec 2022, 23:59 PM
    Second Draw date 9 Jan 2023: 8 Jan 2023, 23:59 PM
    Third Draw date 6 Feb 2023: 5 Feb 2023, 23:59 PM
  7. Each online lucky draw will consist of 10 winners. Total 30 winners for the entire campaign period with prizes up to $22,000.
  8. Prizes per lucky draw: (i) One year supply of New Moon Abalone (1 winner) (ii) One pair of air tickets to Seoul, Korea (1 winner) (iii) One year supply of New Moon Bird’s Nest with White Fungus and Rock Sugar (1 winner) (iv) One carton of New Moon Bird’s Nest with White Fungus and Rock Sugar (24 bottles x 150g) (7 winners).
  9. Participants are required to scan the QR code to upload the original receipt onto www.luckydraw.gjh.com.sg
  10. All details and particulars submitted in the online lucky draw form must be accurate, true and complete. Incomplete, inaccurate or illegible lucky draw forms will be disqualified.
  11. Each winner is only entitled to win one (1) prize throughout the lucky draw campaign period from 14 Nov 2022 to 5 Feb 2023.
  12. Goh Joo Hin Pte Ltd shall notify the winners via phone or email within seven (7) working days from the date of lucky draw.
  13. The prizes are not transferable, exchangeable for cash or any other items.
  14. Acceptance of any prize shall constitute consent on the winner’s part to allow the use of winner’s name, image, voice and/ or likeness by Goh Joo Hin Pte Ltd for editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing and/ or other purposes without further compensation except where prohibited by law.
  15. By participating in the Lucky Draw, the participants (including the Winners) are deemed to have consented to receiving promotional, marketing and other publicity information from Goh Joo Hin Pte Ltd from time to time.
  16. Employees of Goh Joo Hin Pte. Ltd., their immediate family members (i.e. spouses, children, parents, brothers and sisters)(“Immediate Family Members”), advertising agencies of Goh Joo Hin Pte Ltd and any other parties directly involved in organizing, promoting, or conducting the Lucky Draw are not eligible to participate in the Lucky Draw.
  17. Goh Joo Hin Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage or delay arising out of any clause beyond Goh Joo Hin Pte Ltd’s reasonable control or any malfunctioning of, defect in or failure of any of the prize.
  18. By entering the Lucky Draw or accepting the winning prize, you agree that no claim relating to such losses or injuries (including special, indirect and consequential losses) shall be asserted against Goh Joo Hin Pte Ltd, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees or agents from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind resulting from the Lucky Draw and the acceptance of any prize, including without limitation, personal injuries, death and property damage.
  19. Goh Joo Hin Pte Ltd reserves the right to change the Lucky Draw period. Goh Joo Hin Pte Ltd reserves the right to change the lucky prizes of the same value if needed.
  20. Goh Joo Hin Pte Ltd has absolute discretion to disqualify any Lucky Draw participation form that does not meet the criteria set out in these Terms and Conditions. Such determination is final and conclusive and Goh Joo Hin Pte Ltd is not obliged to give any reason for its determination.
  21. The decisions of Goh Joo Hin Pte Ltd on all matters relating to or in connection with the Lucky Draw are final, conclusive and binding. Goh Joo Hin Pte Ltd shall not be obliged to give any reason or enter any correspondence with any person on any matter concerning the Lucky Draw.
